julia (she/her/they) is a brooklyn based actor with a passion for comedy and physical theatre. she received her BA in dramatic art from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
growing up in norfolk, virginia (the city of mermaids), julia loved to swim in the ocean, collect rocks & shells, and chow down on an all you can eat sushi buffet.
her favorite form of theatrical collaboration is devising through the universal language of our bodies. whether that be with viewpoints, laban, commedia dell'arte, or mime. at present, julia is a member of the Blessed Unrest training ensemble.
julia really enjoys laughing, and likes when other people laugh as well. she is a current student at Upright Citizens Brigade, and regularly performs in clown variety shows. you can find her many attempts at humor on her tiktok account.
when not performing, you may find julia junk journaling, dancing at the club, collecting tiny treasures, playing her nintendo switch, or cheering on the UNC men's basketball team (go heels!).
